Salmon in a Bag

Okay, so I love to cook!  I felt it was only fitting that my first try on Pinterest be food!  I found a pin that had a recipe for Salmon in a Bag.  You need aluminum foil, salmon, salt, pepper, butter, and one lemon.  First cut the lemon in slices and lay them next to each other on the piece of foil.  Then lay the salmon on top of the lemon.  Place some butter on top of the salmon and then sprinkle salt and pepper on top.  Tightly fold the foil around the salmon.  The pin stated to bake on 300 degrees for 25 minutes, however in my oven it took about 35 minutes.  When finished you have a wonderful flavored salmon, and no big mess to clean up!  It got approval at my house.  Yummy!!!!  Here is a link to the pin
